"The images are always there, without movement but can spread without notice, no need to look for them on the backside of the mirror. They always find me when I trespass in silence this crystallised surface that separates reality from dreams. Navigating at night in inner darkness, they appear. I can look at them with eyes closed and I remember their ancient language, strange creatures that try to capture my attention, faces illuminated by misery, their eyes look at me with expectance, my hands can feel their winged fins. Blood is circulating with strange force under the calm surface...they circle me, smiling mockingly when they see me standing next to the easel. I can hear their sounds of silence, their fluid steps reaching towards the shining light of the canvas.
