POLICY

No extra charges are associated with the following policy points, except for shipping and transit insurance costs.

Quoted online prices are guaranteed for 30 days. 

The price for any artwork is the same whether framed or unframed, unless agreed upon by both parties.

Accepted forms of payment: charge and debit cards, bank wire transfers, personal and cashiers checks.  Total cost to the purchaser will include artwork and a shipping charge which includes transit insurance, only.  Full payment and check clearance is required before shipping the artwork.

We will provide:  a Certificate of Authenticity or Certificate of Provenance, whichever is appropriate;  a copy of our U.S. Treasury Department License, granting permission for travel to Cuba and acquisition of Cuba art;  and bios, information and photographs of the artists, when available.

If purchaser wishes to cancel a sale, a written request must arrive at the gallery within 8 days of the art arriving in his possession.  Refund of the purchase price is contingent upon the art being returned to us in the same condition as when sent to purchaser.
