These are personal, non professional photos taken in Havana, Cienfuegos, Camaguey and Trinidad, Cuba during the 8 year period before we ever thought of opening an art gallery. 

Funny, sad, ironic, hopeful...on the street and in homes and art workshops, the pathos of the people.  These are casual, walk-around snapshops of people we know and people we don't, who looked into the lens with unjaded honesty from their close but distant homeland.

composed in 1935 by Ernesto Lecuona, perhaps the most legendary Cuban composer of all time.  The pianist, Rudolfo Brito.
