Juan Carlos Munoz was born on March 5, 1958 in Havana, Cuba. He has university degrees in Astronomy and Physics.
He is listed in the National Registry of Fine Arts, and has had three national exhibitions, more than twenty group exhibitions, and has won numberous prizes and mentions for his artistic endeavors.
Juan Carlos's works have been shown in the Bahamas, Spain, and the United States, and he has participated in the Paris Art Fair in 2001 as well as in the Queens Gallery of art in the Bahamas.
He has designed, illustrated and co-authored childrens's books.
Personal Exhibitions: His works have traveled to various countries of the world and have participated in artistic events such as the Feria de Mercaderes of Art in Paris, 2001. He has works in private collections in the United States, Bahamas, Spain, and France. He was part of the project, Radical Art Promotion in the Bahamas.
